    "The most beautiful attraction in Munich is the road to Aying," – with such a bold slogan, the family of owners of the Ayinger brewery, founded in 1878 in the village of Aying in Bavaria, has been advertising its products for more than 140 years. And in fact, this small village to the southeast of Munich, where the old traditions of the production of Bavarian beer have been preserved and developed, is surrounded by the most picturesque landscapes. Therefore, such a slogan is quite appropriate. In February 2018, the brewery celebrated its 140th anniversary. Today, the reins of government in the family enterprises – the brewery and the hotel – are in the hands of the sixth generation of owners. Since 2009, Franz Inzelkammer Jr., who took over the management of the brewery, continues to develop the traditions of the family business. Thanks to the new beer production, built in 1999 with the direct support of the Research Center of Brewing at the Technical University of Munich, the brewery "Ayinger" is still considered technologically one of the most modern in Europe. Everything from the region – everything for the region! The holistic concept of regionality formulated by Franz Inzelkammer has become an effective response to the problems associated with the enlargement and increasing opacity of the beer industry in Germany caused by the arrival of multinational beer corporations. "Ayinger" is a real Bavarian beer made from Bavarian ingredients. Regional authenticity is one of the keys to the success of the Bavarian beer "Ayinger", which is in growing demand far beyond its region, despite the general decline in consumption of German beer in recent years.
