Ai-Ar LLP is a leading enterprise of the pasta and flour milling industry in Semey, East Kazakhstan region, successfully produces pasta, baking flour of the highest and first grades, rye, related products: second grade flour and bran. All products meet state requirements, which is confirmed by the relevant certificate. The company was founded in 1999 in Semey, the head of the enterprise Kabdrakhmanov Erbol Gazizovich. To date, Ai-Ar LLP is a successfully functioning Elevator-mill-pasta complex, with a flour capacity of 200 tons per day, pasta - 15 tons. The complex includes an elevator, mills, a pasta factory and its own laboratory. The process control at the mills is fully automated. On the territory there are all technological and technical equipment for acceptance, shipment, drying, part-time work, storage of raw materials and finished products. Railway dead end, car park for 50 units, transformer substation for 2000 kW. The staffing table is more than 130 people. There are lines for the production of short-cut pasta, zhaima, kespe and nest. The assortment consists of more than fifty items. The packing equipment will allow packing from 200 gr. to 10 kg. Pasta is produced on equipment manufactured in Italy by the company "Ital Paste" with a capacity of up to 10 tons per day.
