Kozelsky Dairy Plant was founded in 1977, and for more than 40 years it has been producing high-quality dairy products, created for you with love and care by the company's employees. Many of them have been working at the dairy plant since its foundation and are sincerely devoted to their work. Milk arriving for processing is met by experienced receptionists, after which the quality is checked in the laboratory. And only if the milk meets all the requirements, it enters the workshops for the manufacture of your favorite dairy products. In the workshops, milk is subjected to different types of processing: separated, pasteurized. But the main thing remains the fact that no preservatives, fillers or any other chemical additives are used in the manufacture. Therefore, the products of the agrofirm "Optina" have a fairly short shelf life, hence the name "Live milk" - because it is natural from the first to the last drop.
