The group of companies "RUSHIPS" is a Russian manufacturer of high-quality and inexpensive dry building mixes, gypsum binder under the trademark "RUSHIPS". As a strategy for the development of the enterprise, the path was chosen to create not only a production complex, but also the presence of its own raw material base - gypsum stone deposits. Therefore, in the fall of 2008, a license was acquired for the right to use the subsoil, search, exploration and production of construction gypsum. Prospecting and evaluation works have been carried out, reserves have been approved, expertise has been passed, projects of the Ilyichevsky gypsum deposit have been developed and approved. In parallel with this, a wide range of tasks were solved during 2009-2010: a site has been selected for the construction of a gypsum plant; a construction project has been developed; equipment of gypsum-binding and dry building mixes sites has been purchased; a construction permit has been obtained; mining and quarrying equipment was purchased; the construction of a complex of buildings has been carried out; the railway dead end in Cherkessk was purchased and modernized. To date, gypsum stone is being mined in a non-explosive way, using the Vermeer 1255 TL Comander III mining mining combine. This makes it possible to obtain product fractions suitable for both cement and gypsum production: from 0 to 60 mm and from 60 to 300 mm. To determine the environmental parameters of gypsum stone mined at the Ilyichevsk gypsum deposit, a sanitary and epidemiological examination of the Federal State Institution "Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the Krasnodar Territory" was carried out.The products have been certified for compliance with GOST requirements and mandatory declaration In order to study the possibility of obtaining binders of various brands from gypsum stone and dry building mixes based on them, comprehensive studies of gypsum stone were carried out.
