We can offer different types of product: deodorized, bleached and regular. --- E322(i) is a purified and standardized mixture of phosphatides–natural substances insoluble in acetone (phosphatidylcholines, phosphatidylethanolamines, phosphatidylinosites, phosphatidic acids) with concomitant substances (glycolipids, carbohydrates, triacylglycerols, free fatty acids). It is standardized and refined according to the manufacturer's technology in order to achieve a high degree of purification and maintain constant parameters. It is used as an additive in the food industry. Lecithin is the structural basis of human cell membranes, its main building block and nutrient. Our lecithin is 100% sunflower phospholipids produced from Kuban sunflower seeds using a patented technology. Sunflower lecithin is a source of lecithin that contains only natural ingredients. It contains inositol, linoleic acid, beneficial fatty acids and choline, which promote the metabolism of homocysteine and lipids, as well as support the proper functioning of the liver. Lecithin consists of: about 30% of brain tissues, more than 50% of liver tissues, 1/2 of spinal tissues, many kilometers of nerve fibers that make up the nervous system of the body.
