Ondinek is unfiltered top fermentation beer. It is soft, cream, golden color. He double-huhed the last real hop, affordable from the Aalst region (grade Hallertau Mittelfrew). Alcohol 8.5% is well hidden and practically not felt.In the aroma, notes of ginger, malt, golden raisins, pears, flowers, Belgian yeast and cookies are felt.
