Description

Ku Qiao is made from light grains of Tatar buckwheat. Buckwheat grains are roasted after harvesting to enhance the taste and aroma. When brewing, an amber-colored infusion is obtained, the aroma of which resembles oatmeal cookies. The taste is very pleasant, sweet. Buckwheat tea is a source of a number of vitamins and trace elements, which are presented in abundance in it. Sublimation of berries occurs by freezing, where moisture freezes and turns into ice, then almost complete dehydration in the vacuum of a specially designed machine. The faster the freezing takes place, the better the freeze-dried products become. In this way, the berry becomes dry, but at the same time retains up to 95% of its useful properties, as well as a rich aroma and taste. Brewing method: 1 tsp. per 200 ml of water 95-98C, 5-7 min.
