Description

Double-sided self-adhesive tape made of vulcanized polyisobutylene. Scope of application: designed for pasting windshield, side windows and headlight repair. Features: • convenient shape provides easy installation of glasses; • has excellent adhesion to all surfaces; • does not spread, does not stain hands and adjacent surfaces; • convenient and economical to use; • insoluble in acetone and ethanol; • well compatible with aluminum, glass, galvanized steel; • flexible and elastic; • retains properties at all temperatures; • resistant to aging, weather conditions and UV radiation; • has zero volatility, therefore, it is safe for humans and nature; • stable and reliable to use; • size: 9.5mm x 4.57 m. Application: 1. When the windshield is removed, remove the remnants of the previous tape, sealant. 2. Place the tape evenly in the vacated groove, having previously freed it from the paper base. For a uniform fit of the tape in the groove, run the shaper along the tape with a light pressure. 3. Move simultaneously with two shapers in opposite directions. Cut off excess tape that does not fit into the groove. 4. Apply the windshield and press it to the tape along the entire length. 5. Cover the place of gluing with a decorative overlay on top of the glass.The remaining parts of the tape can be used to seal the joints of the windows and the body of the car.
