$/pcsABRO silicone sealant gaskets are specially designed for the repair of gaskets in the engines of Japanese cars, but can also be used in engines manufactured in the USA and Europe. Ideal for replacing gaskets in the crankcase cover of gearboxes, thermostat housings, intake manifolds, crankcase pallets, water pumps. Does not break down under the influence of automotive fluids (with the exception of gasoline). Main applications: valve cover; water pump; the transmission tray. Advantages: high temperature, up to +343°C; safe for sensors (lambda probe, etc.); resistant to oil, antifreeze, water; corrosion resistant; on a neutral basis (odorless). Method of application: 1. Remove the fragments of the old gasket and carefully, without scratching the metal, clean the surface from dirt, grease and oil. 2. Remove the cap by piercing the protective foil and screw the attached nozzle. Cut off the tip of the nozzle so that you get a hole of the required size. 3. Apply along the perimeter to the entire mating surface (preferably only on the lid itself), forming a layer 2-3 mm thick. Leave holes for the mounting bolts. Close the tube after use. 4. Allow to dry for 10 minutes before assembly. Squeeze both parts to be glued together by screwing the mounting bolts. Remove excess sealant with a dry cloth. Precautions: An unsealed sealant releases acetic acid vapors and can cause skin and eye irritation. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water and consult a doctor. Remove the sealant from the skin with a dry cloth. Use with sufficient ventilation. Ingredients: calcium carbonate, 2-butanone, silicon, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 1-propylamine.
