GF-021 Malare primer on a modified alkyd base is a universal paint and varnish material with industrial corrosion inhibitors designed to protect and prepare various types of surfaces for further staining; it has a high drying rate and excellent adhesion to metal, wood, brick and concrete surfaces Scope of application: • Used for indoor and outdoor work • It is recommended for work on metal and wooden surfaces, as well as for surfaces made of concrete, brick and plaster • It can be used on most types of surfaces Advantages: • Creates a durable weather-resistant coating that is resistant to water, detergents and industrial oils • High drying speed (up to 2 hours), which speeds up the application process and reduces the work time • The maximum coverage class (Class 1 according to DIN EN 13300) provides excellent coverage and minimal material consumption • High UV resistance of colors and gloss, which allows you to maintain the appearance of the coating even with prolonged exposure to sunlight • Extended service life of the coating – up to 10-12 years Specifications: • Consumption rate: up to 120-170 g/m2 per layer on smooth prepared surfaces (consumption on relief surfaces is not normalized) • Drying time: 30 minutes before applying the next layer; 1 day until the coating is completely dry; up to 30 days – the final set of strength • Density: 1.25 g/cm3 • Degree of grinding: 10-30 microns • Diluent: OrtoPlus, Orthoxylene, Xylene Instructions for use: • Surface preparation: it is recommended to clean from the remnants of old paintwork, grease, oils, dirt and rust (sandblasting or hydroblasting apparatus, steel brush), in accordance with GOST 9.402; oiled surfaces should be degreased • Preparation of the material: before use, it is necessary to mix thoroughly with a construction mixer or a low–speed drill with a nozzle (at least 2 minutes) - until the sediment completely disappears and uniformity throughout the volume, after which it is allowed to stand for about 10 minutes until the air disappears from the material • Painting conditions: the coating is applied at a temperature from -10 °C to +35 °C and a relative humidity of no more than 80% • Painting: for best results, it is recommended to apply the paint in 2-3 layers by spraying (airless, pneumatic), brush or roller; the use of solvents not recommended by the manufacturer may negatively affect the quality of the coating • Care of the painted surface: clean only after complete polymerization of the coating (up to 30 days after staining) by careful rinsing with pressurized water without the use of detergents Occupational and environmental protection: • Avoid contact with the varnish in the eyes and on clothes; in case of contact, rinse with plenty of water • Keep out of reach of children • Do not pour the material into the sewer, reservoir or soil; transfer the liquid residues to the hazardous waste collection site
