Description

Astrathek Metal Special composition with increased anti-corrosion properties for thermal insulation of metal structures, which are operated under conditions of high humidity and exposure to weak aggressive environments. Astrathek Metal is designed as a multifunctional coating intended for thermal insulation, preventing condensate, protection against burns. The thermal insulation coating is characterized by stable adhesion, high weather resistance, heat resistance (up to 260c). Scope: Astrathek Metal is used for insulation and protection against condensate pipelines, shut-off reinforcement, containers for storing liquids, diverse heating, furnace and construction equipment, as well as refrigeration, automotive, river, marine and rail transport. Advantages over traditional insulation: provides a continuous coverage of an object with the elimination of "cold bridges". Simplicity of application: applied with a brush, spatula or special machine. As a rule, it does not require attracting highly qualified specialists, an expensive tool and, as a result, the timing and estimated cost of work are reduced. Lack of additional load on the supporting structures (1mm. Astrak replaces 50 mm. Mineral wool). It has anti-corrosion properties, does not accumulate moisture and does not destroy under the influence of atmospheric phenomena and ultraviolet does not support combustion, reduces the smoke and spread of fire; non-toxic, is environmentally friendly the possibility of insulation of complex curvilinear surfaces. Temperature operation is from - 60 to + 200 degrees Celsius. Long service life: up to 30 years or more. Ability to climb into the selected color. Consumption: Laboratory flow (excluding losses) is 1 liter per square meter with a layer thickness of 1 mm. The actual consumption depends on the quality of the preparation of the insulated surface and the amount of layers applied. The thickness of the final layer depends on the problem that needs to be solved by means of thermal insulation and can be from 1 to 5 mm.
