Soft five percent cottage cheese made from natural milk from our own farm: the same useful as the usual, only more gentle. Without additives: there are no vegetable fats and fillers in the composition. Not everyone likes cottage cheese: despite its benefits, such a product is more difficult to use in high-protein cocktails and smoothies, it is more difficult to mix with various toppings. “Cottage cheese” of a softer consistency is a dubious alternative: often, a lot of sugar and fat of different origins are added to such a product. But there is also a natural soft cottage cheese without additives. This is made from cow's milk, and softness is achieved by adding whey, rennet, passing through a membrane that constantly grinds the mass, breaking it into small pieces. Soft cottage cheese from the Milk Sea is exactly like this: with a pure composition, useful, like ordinary cottage cheese. There is no added sugar in our product, so we recommend it to those who follow health or follow a special diet. It is delicious ready-made, but it is also suitable for cooking various dishes: add to pancakes, waffles, eat with natural homemade jam without sugar, nuts and dried fruits. Composition: whole milk, skimmed milk, sourdough (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid microorganisms), rennet enzyme of animal origin. The number of lactic acid microorganisms is not less than 10 in 1 g of the product. Expiration date: 10 days. Store at a temperature of 4 ± 2 ° C before and after opening the package.
