Description

The inner vessel of the cold cryogenic gasifier (HCG) is made of stainless steel, the outer one is made of carbon steel. Due to this, it turns out to reduce the cost of the product. We equip any of our gasifiers with an atmospheric evaporator with a capacity from 10 to 1,000 cubic meters/hour. Evaporators with a capacity of up to 100 cubic meters. the hour can be installed directly on the shell of the gasifier — saving on the size of the foundation. We offer three versions of the outer casing made of three types of steels: up to -20 C, up to -40 C, up to -50 C. Users of equipment in the southern region will save up to 50% of the cost compared to a gasifier operating at -50 C. We offer four variants of the working pressure of the gasifier: 8, 16, 25 and 35 bar. Lower working pressure — lower price. We install an economizer regulator on the gasifier, thus eliminating the loss of cryoproduct from evaporation.
