Angel Gold dry instant yeast is produced by accumulation of selected yeast culture. They have high enzymatic activity, increase the volume of finished products. For the production of Angel Gold yeast, a special stress-resistant strain is used that withstands a concentration of flavoring substances of more than 25%. Compared to the usual yeast strain, sugar consumption is slow. Yeast cells maintain a stable metabolism throughout the fermentation period, the enzymatic ability is not impaired.
