Agate mattress is a practical budget option of a soft mattress for undemanding people. Combines low cost and time-tested quality. The classic spring block, which gives the necessary support to the body, is covered with a 1 cm layer of hypoallergenic foam rubber. The model is durable, can serve for decades. This means that all the elements in this construction are interconnected, woven in a special sequence, i.e. they depend on each other. The springs are narrowed in the center and expand at the edges, having a kind of "waist". This is exactly what allows you to evenly distribute the load of the human body, while maintaining its correct position. The dependent spring block contains approximately 105-125 springs per sq. m. Advantages of a spring mattress based on a dependent Bonnel block: strength, ability to withstand high loads, durability, relative cheapness, confident ventilation of the interior space, good orthopedic properties. Such a spring block can be used by people weighing 115 kg or more. However, sleeping together for people with a large difference in weight will be a little uncomfortable: a light person during sleep can slide to a heavier one. Orthopena or PU foam (foam rubber, polyurethane foam) is a synthetic, highly porous foamed material that is obtained by mixing several synthetic polymers. Modern technologies allow us to give it a different degree of rigidity. Mattresses with the use of orthopena hold weight well (have a good balance of softness / stiffness), do not cause allergies, are well ventilated, and at the same time have a long service life, even under significant loads. The cover is made of polycotton fabric, quilted on a light, airy sintepon for softness. Polycotton is a medium–density fabric, has a slightly lower hygroscopicity and breathability compared to others, but it does not change its appearance over time at all – it does not roll off, does not lose its color brightness, is tear-resistant, resistant to abrasion. Provides a long service life of the mattress and a beautiful appearance.
