Description

Ethiopia Sidamo is a very clean fruit coffee, acquiring chocolate shades thanks to medium roasting. In the salt of Sidamo gives a sufficiently bright aroma, in which the shades of fried peanuts, cutoffs, almond bones are read - mainly floral notes, red apples and podlock vanilla. Coffee hot - In the foreground, bitter chocolate and black raisins. Good saturation and pleasant balance, sweet aftertaste. The acid is, but it is smoothed and not so obvious. Fruits appear here rather as some sweetness on the background, and the sourness reminds the one that meets in good bitter chocolate. Flower notes, characteristic of Ethiopian varieties, are read on the aftertaste when coffee has cooled to room temperature.
