The oils of the company "Live" are pressed through an ancient recipe - a wooden press without heating and contact with the metal. Only this method allows to obtain a real cheerful oil, in which all the necessary amino acids and vitamins of raw seeds and nuts are preserved. References or seeds are cleaned, cut down and sent to the oak press. Product yield is modest: only 30-35%, and the process of time consuming and long. But the benefit is significant!
