Shovda is the purest spring water from the North Caucasus. It is mined on the territory of the Chechen Republic near the city of Argun. The ecological purity of this region is evidenced by the foundation in 1988 of the Argun State Natural Museum-Reserve, included in the list of objects of federal significance. A unique feature of the spring waters of this region is the presence in their composition of a large amount of natural iodine, so necessary for human health. Rising from a depth of 57 meters, the water passes through many layers of soil, which ensures its multi-stage natural filtration. This complex natural process saturates spring water with minerals and trace elements, making it physiologically complete and healthy.
