Sevastopol Winery is an enterprise with an 80-year history. The plant was founded in 1938. In 1940, 500 thousand bottles of aged champagne were produced for the first time. The modern enterprise "Sevastopol Winery" consists of two workshops for the production of champagne and sparkling wines, divided geographically and operating in an autonomous mode. Each of the workshops has a wine storage located in underground workings (tunnels) with a relatively low constant temperature and humidity.
