Rybinsky Milk Plant is a modern, technically equipped enterprise specializing in the production of high-quality dairy products. Commissioned in 2014. The plant is equipped with a new, modern equipment of imported and domestic production, including a diverse capacitive park for acceptance and storage of raw milk, as well as for the preparation of products, universal plate pasteurization-cooling modules, a homogenizer, a separator-creation separator, automatic lines for bottling finished products. For uninterrupted steam and hot water, a block-modular boiler room was commissioned at the enterprise. A warehouse of finished products, which supports the temperature of + 2C degrees, in automatic mode. The enterprise has a laboratory for milk acceptance, as well as chemical and microbiological laboratories, where the input control of raw materials is carried out, monitoring the sanitary and hygienic state of production and production environment and thorough control of the finished product. Even at the design stage, both classical technologies for the production of dairy products and a variety of innovations, allowing to improve product quality. One of them is that in the production of milk, kefir and sour cream, an deaerator is used, which removes extra smells from the milk processing. All products produced in the enterprise are produced according to GOST. Production of products in a closed loop, as well as the use of an automatic double-circuit sip-sink, made it possible to maintain equipment under purity and provide a longer life storage period. The company extended the shelf life of milk and kefir to 10 days, sour cream - up to 14 days.
