Polevskaya Brewery is one of the largest producers of live packaged beer in the Sverdlovsk region. The company is known for the brands "Zhigulevskoye", "Polesskoye original" light, "Polesskoye original" dark, "Shcherbakovskoye" widely popular among beer lovers. In addition to alcoholic beverages, Polevskaya Brewery produces soft drinks: carbonated water, kvass "Bread", drinking water "Bazhovskaya". Ural traditions of long-term exposure In 1942, a food processing plant was organized in the city of Polevskoye, which produced food products. On January 19, 1948, a brewery opened on its territory. It is this date that is considered to be the beginning of brewing in the city of Polevskoye. Despite all the upheavals of the twentieth century, the unique traditions and secrets of Ural brewing have reached our days. Polevskaya Brewery carefully preserves and improves them, offering high-quality products. A classic recipe in a modern incarnation The introduction of modern technologies into production is one of the company's priorities. Only the recipe for beer preparation, based on one of the oldest laws of German brewing, does not change. Like the Bavarian brewers of the XVI century, we use classic natural products in production: barley (malt), water and hops.
