Russian Russian Paper Limited Liability Company Ulyanovsk Paper Mill (LLC UBK Russkaya Paper) This is a project of a modern enterprise for the production of sanitary and hygienic paper on the territory of the port special economic zone (POEZ) in the Ulyanovsk region with a planned total number of employees up to 100 people. The production capacity of the enterprise will allow to produce 6,900 tons of sanitary products per year.
