In 2002, we opened a new line of business — the production of high-pressure hoses (HVD) and separated it into a separate independent division. A lot of preparatory work has been done to successfully enter the market. The best hydraulic specialists are involved. Our own production base has been created almost from scratch. The location of the base was chosen taking into account the convenient access for trucks. The production base is equipped with modern automatic machines that allow manufacturing fittings with any fitting threads (metric, pipe) for any hydraulic equipment (domestic and imported), of any configuration (flanged, spherical, conical), the bending angle of fittings is up to 90 degrees of any length. The products have a high-quality anti-corrosion coating (Fe/Zn; Zn9Cr). The crimping of high-pressure hoses is carried out using modern equipment from the company "O +R" with a compression force of 360tn. with subsequent testing at the UNIFLEX test facility, which allows for testing the RVDS in both static and dynamic mode.
