Splitex is the direct and sole heir of Sulzer Hemtech LLC and has fully retained all the knowledge, competencies, experience, personnel, customer relations, calculation and design resources, and production capabilities accumulated during Sulzer's work in Russia since 1990. Sulzer Hemtech LLC, which was a 100% subsidiary of the Swiss concern Sulzer AG until 2023, changed its name and continued its activities as Splitex LLC.
