And in 2013, it was decided to exclude intermediaries between supplier and consumer in the form of retail stores from our work and deliver products directly to the customer. For this purpose, in 2013, a new company was created - Tula Lubricants LLC. The main clients were organizations and enterprises, farms, quarries, factories, car parks. The product range has also changed. Now packing in 20-liter cans and barrels has become a priority. Over the years, we have established good relations with many distributors of lubricants and manufacturers, studied the needs of customers, and identified the most in–demand product range. All this allows us to keep the minimum prices and a high level of service. For our clients, we offer free delivery by our own vehicles within a radius of 200 kilometers from Tula. If the consumer is located in a more remote region, then we ship products through transport companies. Payment for products is made by bank transfer with the allocation of VAT. 100% prepayment is required. There is a retail store for private clients.
