Salads and Delicacies LLC is the largest and oldest hummus producer in Russia. Back in 2004, several enthusiasts, fans of hummus, had the idea to introduce Russians to this unusual product, which has become widespread and very popular in the Middle East and Mediterranean countries. Their love for hummus obviously led them to Israel, where the production technology was thoroughly studied. This was followed by an acquaintance with the leading technologist of the Israeli hummus production, who agreed to help with the introduction of this product in Russia. With his participation, a modern hummus production line was purchased in Israel. In 2005, our company was the first in Russia to start producing hummus, becoming a pioneer in its industry. The mission of our company was to make hummus a product of everyday consumption for a wide range of Russian consumers.
