COFFEE ENTHUSIASTS FROM A SMALL TOWN NEAR MOSCOW. We found each other in the glorious city of Elektrostal. When we first started, we couldn't even imagine what kind of inspiration coffee would give us. Since 2017, we have been roasting it ourselves for our coffee shop and friends. Each roaster has his own vision and his own taste, and we are infinitely grateful to our guests who find our values reflected in a cup of coffee close to themselves. The experience that we managed to gain in search of coffee for our own consumption allowed us to take a step towards a long-standing dream: our own production of freshly roasted coffee with delivery and a funny name. This is how the rosteria "Red, the Sea and the Loafers" appeared. Of course, we are for a thoughtful and balanced approach to business, but we treat ourselves and the world with a slight irony and humor. If you believe that the biggest stupidities in the world were done with a serious face, then great things must certainly be done with a smile on your face! ABOUT RESPECT FOR WORK Growing and harvesting high—quality coffee is a huge job that not everyone can do. And unfortunately, we are not one of them either. But, as roasters, we must delve deeply into all the processes that happened with coffee before us and treat with deep respect the work of farmers, whose hands created the taste that we value. It is very important for us to know everything about each of the varieties we work with. This is necessary not only to wisely unlock the potential of the grain during roasting, but also to form a connection with the distant equatorial world. ABOUT THE ATTITUDE TO THE CASE We take a thoughtful and attentive approach to all aspects of working with coffee. Every detail is important to us, because it is the details that make up an excellent result. Who will be our supplier? How will the coffee be stored and delivered? What kinds of coffee will we choose? How convenient and informative is our website? Our ranks include certified specialists from the Specialty Coffee Association and an active Q Grader. We are always looking for an opportunity to improve our skills and grow above ourselves.
