Today, the meat processing plant "Norilsky" is one of the largest enterprises in the food industry of Taimyr and the Norilsk Industrial district, a regional leader in the production of meat products. The assortment includes more than 100 types of sausages, delicacies and semi-finished products. Along with traditional pork and beef products, the company produces smoked sausages and delicacies. In 2018, a whole line of canned products was put into production, mainly from venison, as well as traditional beef and pork. This is a natural meat product that does not contain any preservatives or any allergen additives. The recipe for the production of canned food is used exclusively according to GOST. The assortment has also expanded due to assorted offal: deer heart and liver in its own juice. Now Norilsk residents and consumers all over Russia can taste beef and pork stew, pork tongues, various porridges, as well as four names of pates: "Chicken tender", "Venison meat", "Deer liver" and "Venison Terrine". To date, the production capacity of the canning shop of the meat processing plant "Norilsk" is 7000 cans of canned meat and 4000 pates per shift. More recently, meat snacks have appeared in the assortment of the company – a great snack for those who love beer and those who just want to have a snack between main meals. The taste of snacks is unlike anything else that you have ever tasted before. Snacks are made from environmentally friendly reindeer meat, are very useful and are always able to help out a hungry person.
