Limited Liability Company "Reindeer Breeder-Export" is a young company producing meat products from reindeer meat. Since 2018, we have been engaged in the sale and supply of fresh frozen reindeer meat not only to the settlements of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, but also to other regions of our country, in particular, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Arkhangelsk, Nizhny Novgorod, etc. Since 2019, the production of meat products has begun in accordance with the current technological instructions and in compliance with veterinary and sanitary rules for the meat industry. The supplier of raw materials – venison meat in carcasses for LLC "Reindeer Breeder-Export" is the SEC collective farm "Izhemsky Reindeer Breeder and Co." - a reindeer breeding farm that grazes reindeer on the territory of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Komi Republic, the area of reindeer pastures is 2381 thousand hectares – these are pastures with the longest nomadic route from winter pastures to summer, which allows you to choose the most productive pastures for grazing deer. Deer slaughter is carried out at the modern slaughtering point of the Shapkino trading post of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, built in accordance with European requirements for food production. The processing of meat into cuts and semi-finished products takes place in the processing shop - in an adjacent room with the meat cooling module of the Izhemsky Reindeer Herder and Co. SEC, which makes it possible to produce high-quality meat products only from chilled meat, avoiding repeated defrosting of meat. The slaughter of deer and the production of venison is carried out according to the technical instructions, in compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations TR CU 034/2013 "On the safety of meat and meat products". We provide control over the safety of manufactured products, which provides for tracking the entire chain, starting with agricultural producers and ending with retail trade. For residents of the city of Naryan-Mar and the village of Seekers, a point of retail sale of venison meat has been organized, where you can buy semi-finished products from reindeer meat and venison in carcasses and half-carcasses, which can be sawn into the pieces you need on a professional meat cutting saw.
