Gatchina Meat Company is a young, dynamically developing enterprise aimed at success and development, occupying a leading position in the meat products market. One of the largest meat processing enterprises for the production of environmentally friendly chilled meat – beef, the quality of which is confirmed by the State Veterinary Service of the Leningrad region. The company has a modern technological complex and independently carries out the entire processing process, starting from the slaughter of cattle to the shipment of finished products under the order of a specific consumer. Our company is located in an ecologically clean area of the Leningrad region. It all started in 2000 with the lease of a small slaughterhouse for 1500 sq.m. meters and a calf farm of CJSC "Niva-1" in the village of Verolanci Gatchina district. The buildings were abandoned, birch trees grew on the roofs, and there was a swamp all around. Of course, no communications. We developed a project, put everything in order and started working in 2001. Bulls were delivered and began to offer chilled meat to consumers. Today it is difficult to imagine a store counter without chilled meat, and then there were very few competitors in our region. The beef in the store was either chopped or deep frozen. Therefore, our product was in demand, gradually we expanded production, bought the territory, filled out the neighboring swamp, built a separate road. Gradually the team grew, which now has more than 100 people. From 2013 to 2014, we are launching a major project to build our own production with a full livestock cycle, meat processing, certified according to European standards
