LLC "Milk Plant" Volga "- a young, dynamically developing enterprise that is located on the bank of the river. Volga in the old part of the city of Kstovo. The compact plant was launched in December 2008 and at the moment is equipped with modern equipment, allowing to process up to 70 tons of milk per day. The company has a full cycle: from the acceptance of raw materials to packaging the finished product in the container, and in a closed stream, excluding the "human factor". This allows you to ensure safe manufacturing. Raw materials comes from the best agricultural producers of the Nizhny Novgorod region and immediately heads for processing. In production, only natural milk is used. It is currently a wide range of dairy products at the factory: milk, kefir, including thermostat, ipain, oil, sour cream, cottage cheese, prostroprious, biocyphir. The production of the milk plant "Volga" is distinguished by invariably photographic quality and compliance with classical cooking methods. Safety of products is controlled in several directions. First, at the plant's own certified chemical and licensed microbacterial laboratory, whose employees check raw materials every day in all the most important parameters. Secondly, the plant has a centralized sink system using highly efficient detergents and disinfectants. All equipment is clean and processed before changing and immediately after shift. Thirdly, all production is fully automated. Oaksavka for fermented fermentation products: kefira, ryuzhenki, sour cream is also manufactured at our enterprise under sterile conditions.
