"KRYNITSA" – ECO-FRIENDLY, NATURAL, DELICIOUS! The Toropetsky Region of the Tver Region is one of the most ecologically clean areas in Europe (according to research by the Institute of Evolutionary Morphology and Animal Ecology). In some reservoirs of the Tver region, cage trout farms began to be created. So in 2013, the KRYNITSA trout farm was established as an experimental site for growing rainbow trout. Trout are grown on Lake Ulin of the Zapadnodvinsky district and on Lake Boino of the Andreapolsky district, in floating cages when using feeds with exclusively natural ingredients. The mechanism of growing live fish is not easy. Imagine a floating platform located on the surface of a reservoir. A business tank is installed inside such a platform. Rainbow trout fry, the so-called planting material, are launched into the cage. In the future, the fry are fed and raised to adults. The unique natural conditions of these lakes make it possible to achieve a high rate of fish growth with minimal negative impact on the environment.
