Kursk Grain Base No. 24 Corporation LLC has been carrying out financial and economic activities for more than 18 years, provides services for the storage and side-work of agricultural products, sells high-quality cereal products on the Kursk consumer market and throughout Russia as a whole, including for export. Currently, the main production of the enterprise includes 2 elevators with a passport capacity of 33,000 tons each (year of construction 1957), which are equipped with remote control of grain in silos, each of the elevators consists of a working tower, silo buildings with a capacity of 16.5 tons, there are grain dryers chipboard- 32, chipboard-24, SVM 6-12 with a capacity of 48 tons per hour, MIG-60 – 60 tons per hour; 4 mechanized grain warehouses with a capacity of 36,000 tons, a universal grain mill (commissioned in 2006) for processing buckwheat 85 tons per day, has 6 lines for the production of various types of cereals (buckwheat, oats, millet, peas, wheat and barley) and a line for the production of high-quality flakes, there is a line for pressing oilseeds with a capacity of 80 tons per day (commissioned in 2017), where grain crops are processed - rapeseed, soy into high-quality products (oil and cake), a laboratory, non-public access railway tracks in the amount of 2 lines. At the same time, the supply of wagons for loading is 10 pcs. on each line or 10 wagons on each line for unloading. Shipment by rail is about 2000 thousand tons per day. There are receiving devices from vehicles in the amount of 6 pcs. - receiving capacity of 3000 tons. In 2017, an oil mill was built on the territory for the production of up to 1000 tons of high-quality unrefined rapeseed oil and up to 400 tons of unrefined soybean oil per month and the production of extruded cake: rapeseed up to 1500 tons per month and soy up to 1200 tons per month. The laboratory of Kursk Bread Base No. 24 Corporation LLC was certified in 2017 for a period up to 2020.
