JSC "Conservsushprod" is an enterprise of the Bryansk region, the city of Starodub, with a rich history. The beginning of the activity dates back to 1929. Then the foundations of a potato starch processing plant were laid. The enterprise, like the entire Soviet people, was going through hard times: in the first years of the war it was almost completely bombed. But in 1943, thanks to the incredible efforts of workers, soldiers, ordinary residents of Starodub, despite everything, it embarked on the path of restoration. Another transformation of the plant took place in the late 50s, it became one of the country's largest producers of canned products of the highest quality. On the basis of the plant there were large canning, drying shops, vegetable storage, accommodating more than 10 thousand tons of raw materials. At that time, canned food and dried vegetables were supplied only to state structures - the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of the USSR. The enterprise adequately survived the collapse of the Union and the 90s, not just retained production facilities, but continued development. Today, the Starodubsky cannery can be safely called a large, successful, independent, self-sufficient enterprise that is not part of any holding. The products of JSC "Preservsushprod" have repeatedly been awarded the highest standard of the All-Russian agro-industrial exhibition "Golden Autumn" and at the moment confidently occupies high positions in the Russian market.
