In the production of PET plastic containers, the so-called two-stage method is mainly used. First, a preform is produced by injection molding. This is a small-sized blank with thickened walls. The neck has already been fully formed taking into account the features of the future capacity. Further, already directly at the pet packaging production plant, the preform is heated in special furnaces to a high temperature, while it acquires plasticity. The heated preform is transferred to the matrix, on which the shape of the future bottle depends. After the matrix is closed, the workpiece is pulled by special rods, with simultaneous supply of compressed air at a pressure of up to 40 atmospheres. As a result, the plastic is evenly distributed along the walls of the shape of the future bottle, when in contact with the walls of the mold, the material cools, and after opening the matrix, the finished bottles are extracted. Our production capacity is up to 60,000 bottles per day and allows us to fulfill the order on time.
