JAMIX has come a long way in development. We started with the production of exclusive jams to order, then expanded production and launched sugar jams from interesting and unusual combinations of berries, fruits and spices. Now, having gathered all our experience in the manufacture of high-quality and delicious fruit preservation, we have successfully implemented the Jamix Fit project. The goal of this project is to make jams not only delicious, but also healthy. We have developed recipes in which we completely abandoned the use of sugar, replaced it with mixtures of high-quality sweeteners, thanks to this, the calorie content of jam has significantly decreased. By carefully selecting the proportions of ingredients and special cooking conditions, we managed to achieve a bright taste and natural color of jam without flavorings and dyes in the composition.
