The whole process of creating jars of caviar "Gifts of the Volga" begins at the legendary enterprise for the history of Russian black caviar — the Kuban Institute of Sturgeon Breeding. Here we buy young sturgeon. We pay special attention to the selection of individuals. Therefore, the best ichthyologists and microbiologists work with us. We transport the best to our family fish farm. We limit the size of the herd in simultaneous maintenance in order to constantly guarantee only the highest quality of the product.Qualified specialists participate in ensuring the health of our breeding stock by regularly checking the content, condition and health of fish.
