For decades we have been collecting and supplying truffles for various large companies in this trade sector. After that, we made an important decision to abandon intermediaries and expand our area of responsibility to self-processing and selling our products. This is how Cipriani Tartufi was born. In production, we use the most modern technologies, thanks to which we obtain high-quality products without the use of thickeners, dyes, acidifiers and other chemical additives.
