The company "Bars" was established in 2005. Production started from a very small site, where several people worked. The assortment then consisted of only two items: salted bacon and salted brisket. Small firms of this kind in megacities open, probably, a dozen a year. Only a few survive: the highly competitive and complex meat products market is ruthless to amateurs. The founder and head of the company "Bars" Yuri Puzikov is an absolute professional. The profession begins with the basics. In the nineties, Yuri started with meat stalls at the city bazaar: he was both a butcher, a loader, and a freight forwarder. Therefore, Yuri knows how to choose bona fide suppliers of raw materials. He knows what consumers need - quality. He knows that reliability is important for business partners. Quality. Conscientiousness. Reliability. Compliance with these principles became a solid foundation for the systematic, sustainable development of the company "Bars": the production capacity grew, the assortment increased. The company has become cramped within the leased sites. And in 2013, it was decided to build its own building with production, warehouse and office space. The new workshop was put into operation in 2015. Now the producer of meat delicacies "Bars" is a modern enterprise located on its own land plot.
