We collect a nut in Buryatia's cedarns on the shore of Lake Baikal. There are no asphalted roads and cities in this place for many hundreds of kilometers. There is only untouched wild Siberian Taiga. "Ayu Group" rents 5 thousand hectares of the forest, where the Siberian cedar pine is growing. Cedar grows up with a 15-storey house and lives up to 500 years. He starts fruit only in 50 years. Therefore, we pay special attention to the preservation of trees on our site. The reaches are collected by hand in the traditional way. The collectors use wooden beasts to not injure trees. Mature cones hang out when the beasts hit the trunks. And on the branches remain young cones of the next harvest.
