The trade and production company "Alliance" has been harvesting wild mushrooms and berries since 2000. We are direct producers of wild and garden Russian berries, mushrooms with subsequent processing and freezing of products. We prepare our products in ecologically clean areas, the quality of products is confirmed by certificates. We also sell frozen vegetables, berries and mushrooms produced abroad. Our products are supplied to retail chains of Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk region and the Republic of Bashkortostan. Our company provides services for packing bulk frozen products under your trademark (STM). Packaging is made in a three-seam pillow bag using a heat-sealable film. For packing and packaging, we use vertical filling and packaging machines. Production processes are carried out in compliance with the necessary technological conditions. The production has implemented a food safety management system in accordance with GOST R ISO 22000-2007 "Food safety management systems" HACCP. Storage of frozen products is carried out on the basis of modern refrigeration equipment that provides constant temperature control. Our base is equipped with a convenient loading and unloading system that provides fast loading and unloading of goods without violating the optimal temperature regime.
