Soft cheese laban from fresh cottage cheese and butter, in a paprika roll and in an oil filling. Made by hand in compliance with all sanitary standards. The tradition of rolling balls of laban in spices exists almost as much as the cheese itself. Initially, a mixture with black cumin and coriander was used for this, but later new seasonings were added: the laban was rolled in Provencal herbs, paprika, sesame, thyme, basil. The name of the cheese comes from Hebrew, where a similar—sounding word means “white” - a properly cooked laban is just this color. Interestingly, the consistency of laban cheese also depends on the cooking time: a soft creamy spread is ready in twelve hours, and a thicker cheese from which you can form balls — in a day or more. Ingredients: cottage cheese, butter, sugar, salt, complex food additive (carob gum), acidity regulator (citric acid), sweet paprika. Filling: vegetable oil, garlic, spices. Shelf life: 40 days. Store at a temperature from 0 °C to 6 ° C before and after opening the package.
