The rich composition of such cheese, however, does not mean that you can put anything in the box. Everything that contains vegetable or animal fats (in addition to dairy) is called a “cheese product”: it doesn't sound very appetizing. There will be no extraneous fats, preservatives and stabilizers in the composition of high—quality processed cheese (with mushrooms, ham, herbs or just cream - the variety is not important). Processed cheese is often considered a product exclusively for breakfast, but in fact it can be added almost anywhere. Prepare cheese sauces, put them in soups to make the dish more satisfying and give interesting creamy notes. For example, with our processed cheese with mushrooms and onions, you can diversify the classic creamy cream soup with champignons and croutons: put a small portion of cheese while the soup is still on the stove and wait for it to dissolve.
