Tea is made from dried inner bark from young branches, which has healing properties discovered by the ancient Incas several thousand years ago. The taste of the tea resembles licorice combined with cinnamon and has a slight sweet and spicy aftertaste. Lapacho is called the "tree of life" for its incredible beneficial properties. Lapacho has antiviral, antifungal and antiparasitic activity. The bark of the ant tree is an effective analgesic, immunomodulator, which also has antioxidant and tonic properties. Rai D'agso reduces the manifestation of an allergic reaction. It helps to lose excess weight and burn fat, as it reduces the level of triglycerides in fat cells. The antibacterial effect of the bark of the ant tree is due to the substance lapachol (beta-lacone) found in the extract of the bark of the plant. Lapachol is able to prevent the reproduction and growth of bacteria and harmful microorganisms by destroying their protective shells. Beta-lapachone increases the phase of antioxidant enzymes and the expression of antioxidant genes in brain cells, prevents age-related muscle and brain contraction. Beta-lapochone enhances the protective detoxification pathways of our body and removes toxins. The bark of the ant tree is considered a natural antibiotic and is especially recommended for the prevention and treatment of colds, bronchitis, gastritis, diseases of the genitourinary system, iron deficiency anemia, fungal diseases (candida), diabetes mellitus, hypertension, inflammatory diseases, including joints (osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis), as well as skin problems (acne, dermatosis, eczema, etc.). Application Lapacho can be consumed as a decoction or tea. A concentrated infused decoction (1 tablespoon of bark per 200 ml of water) should be diluted with water 1: 2 and taken 2-3 times a day, an hour and a half after meals. Brew the Lapacho bark like a regular herbal tea with 90 degrees water (1-1.5 teaspoons per glass) and leave for 30 minutes under the lid. It can be combined with other herbal tea, such as chamomile or nettle. Consume an hour and a half after eating. You can wipe your face with a decoction or tea, gargle. Lapacho can be toxic with very frequent and prolonged use (daily for more than 4 weeks). If you are taking blood thinners at the same time or if there are blood clotting disorders, consult your doctor. Origin: Brazil.
