Description
Fondant candies are obtained by boiling sugar-treacle syrup, followed by rapid cooling and churning it with the addition of milk, cream, fruit and berry fillers and flavorings, which are vanillin, coffee, cocoa, nuts, etc. Depending on the percentage of molasses in the composition of the feedstock, the fondant can be either liquid, viscous or solid and brittle.
