It is used for the preparation of confectionery jelly products (marmalade, pudding, souffle, marshmallows, chewing candies, jams, confections). It has a low calorie content for dietary nutrition, suitable for lean dishes. Dosage: 1-2 g of agar-agar per 200 ml of liquid base, depending on the desired density of the final product. 2g agar-agar correspond to 1 tsp. Recommendations for preparation: pour 1-2 g of agar-agar 200 ml of solution (water, juice, juice, fruit puree, compote). Bring to a boil, stir for 2-5 minutes. until the agar-agar is completely dissolved. Pour into molds, adding additional ingredients (optional) and leave to solidify at room temperature (about 30 minutes). It is recommended to use a solution saturated in sweetness, since agar-agar neutralizes part of the sugars during solidification.
