Description
Khmeleoff Classical is cooked in strict accordance with the "German law on brewing purity from 1516", which states that only malt, water and hops should be used for the production of beer. A high-class brewer barley variety is used, specially grown for the production of a given variety of beer. Only a carefully selected calibrated malt and the purest artesian water can become the initial ingredients of Khmeloff Classic beer. Fishing is made with the help of a special strain of lower fermentation yeast derived from the VLB yeast bank (Germany). The extractiveness of the initial wort is 11%.
