The textile loop sling of the HITCH Professional series is a load–grabbing device that facilitates work with the heaviest loads in almost any conditions. The wide fabric band is made of high-strength polyester and is ready to withstand the main load when lifting and moving. The HITCH Professional sling has the maximum margin of safety among similar products of the HITCH. SF1:7 brand, which indicates maximum reliability of equipment and safety for the slinger. HITCH Professional textile slings are available in different versions of load capacity (from 0.5 t to 26 t) and length (from 1 m to 8 m). Application of the HITCH Professional textile loop sling The HITCH Professional series slings are designed to work with the heaviest loads and can be used: - when lifting and laying metal, plastic and concrete pipes; - in industries in various fields of activity; - for work where the most dense contact of the bearing part of the sling with the load is crucial. Very often, slings with such characteristics are used in combination with cranes and manipulator cranes. Ease of use and storage The soft material allows you to work with the most fragile loads, reducing the risk of injury to the slinger to a minimum. Working with HITCH Professional slings is possible even without protective gloves. A special water-repellent impregnation protects the sling from the influence of liquids, weather and other extreme storage and operating conditions. The lightness and excellent flexibility of the belt is convenient not only in operation, but also in storage and transportation of lifting equipment. The loops of the slings are reinforced with an additional cover to increase the service life. Features of the production of HITCH Professional slings - Short and frequent stitches on the tape during stitching are made according to a special automatic algorithm, which guarantees compliance with the specified load and prolongs the service life of the sling. - The length of the stitching of the sling from the loop is calculated taking into account the declared load and is longer than that of other similar equipment. This increases the reliability of the products directly at the stitching point – the weakest area in the slings. - According to the unique Thermotex technology, the tape is heated after weaving and fixed under a press. Thus, the percentage of lengthening of the sling at full load is significantly reduced to a minimum of 6%. Proven reliability At all stages of production, the slings are closely monitored. There is a special code on the product indicating that it has passed a quality check. Two tags with length and load capacity on each HITCH Professional sling indicate the possibility of safe operation of the equipment. If one of them is lost, the sling is still considered suitable for further service. Without both tags, the operation of the sling is prohibited! Each sling of the HITCH brand is supplied in an individual plastic package with a passport and an instruction manual.
