The company "Hot pretzels "North" LLC has been on the market for more than 20 years and is engaged in the production of elite bakery products – pretzels, a traditional Russian product. The beautiful idea of reviving the pretzel street trade was born in our company in 1999. The fusion of traditions and innovations allows us to reach the widest possible audience. At the moment, we are the only ones in Russia that have an automatic production line for the production of pretzels. Russian Russian dough is kneaded according to old Russian recipes, preserving the traditions of the Russian pretzel, which increases the shelf life of the used product up to 8 days. The division and molding of test blanks is carried out on the line automatically without manual labor. This allows us to increase the volume of production of this product to meet the demand of a wide range of buyers. Pretzels are glazed and decorated manually. We are the first in Russia who started to cover a bakery product with chocolate glaze. We have developed a unique recipe for this glaze, which, despite external factors, does not crack and does not flow. Our glaze is significantly different from the competition.
