Traditional Greek coffee. Composition: 100% roasted ground coffee from a mixture of Arabica and Robusta varieties. In Greece, dark-roasted coffee is called "SKUROS". When roasting "SKUROS", the grains are fried until the beginning of the "second click" (dark roasting), their color tends towards dark brown, the surface becomes more glossy. The sweetness begins to decrease, chocolate notes appear in the aroma. The taste itself becomes more saturated, but already distinctly "fried" with mild coffee bitterness.
